Privacy Policy

Summary
The MODVIA app does not collect, does not sell and does not share personal data. It requires no sign-up, has no ads and uses no tracking or analytics tools.
Studio requests through the website
When you submit a request, we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, environment, intent, visual style and permission to contact you. We use this information to discuss the project, prepare a proposal and manage your request. During our conversation, we may record references, notes, approvals and project progress.
Requests are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare on a website operated through OpenAI Sites, and are accessible only to authorized MODVIA team members. WhatsApp communication is also subject to that service's privacy policy. We do not sell your data or publish it on the website.
Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 6 months after the last contact and then deleted by our team. For contracted projects, we retain the records needed to perform the contract and meet applicable legal obligations; once those needs end, we delete the data.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw permission to contact you by emailing contato@modvia.com.br, specifying the phone number used in your request. We may verify your identity before fulfilling the request. If a record must be retained to meet a legal obligation, we will explain why.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical connection and browser information for this verification, under its privacy policy. MODVIA does not send your name or phone number to the verification service.
Data that stays on your device
The information you type (for example, the content to write to NFC stickers and the values in the price calculator) is saved only on your device. On iPhone, if you use iCloud, Apple's own system may back up that data to your account. On Android, Google backup may include those settings, except the Wi-Fi password, which stays only on the device and never goes into the backup. MODVIA has no access to any of that data.
The app does not ask for sign-up and does not send your data to MODVIA servers or to third parties.
NFC
The app uses the device's NFC only when you tap to read, write or lock a sticker. The content read or written is not sent to MODVIA or to third parties.
Purchases
On iPhone, purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) and restoring purchases uses your Apple account. On Android, the app purchase is processed by Google Play. In neither case does MODVIA receive your payment data.

The About screen has links to Instagram, Facebook and the MODVIA website. When you open those links, the privacy policy of each service applies.
Changes
If the app starts collecting any data in the future, this page will be updated beforehand, with the date of the change.
